The Education Forum is a meeting place where people who have ideas can come together to share new ways to spread the gospel, to learn from others and explore new ways forward as a faith community. We are not a committee with agendas, minutes and tasks; we do not run things.
How does it involve you? If you think it would be a good idea to have a debate about Christianity Today, or to meet and discuss the role of the church in politics but don’t know if anyone else is interested, or if you would like to run a short course on some subject but don’t know how to proceed contact us any time by e-mail or phone.
In the forum your idea can be discussed and enabled. We would hope to be able to help you find the best way forward to sort out ideas, agree the right venue or timing, suggest speakers if needed and provide support in prayer and in practical ways to help you bring your idea to fruition. All are welcome to bring ideas or to support others. We need to share with others; we need listeners as well as doers.
We meet when the need arises. We plan to get together twice a year to arrange a calendar of events for the coming six months or so. However, if we are inundated with lots of exciting ideas or if we get one idea which inspires us we can arrange a forum any time and it will be open to everyone who wants to be involved.
