Christian Aid, the Scottish Episcopal Church and the Church of Scotland are working together locally to sponsor an Ecumenical Pilgrimage from the Lindores Abbey Ruins to the Abdie Old Kirk on Saturday 12 September. Everyone is invited to come along for a 4-kilometre walk beginning at the abbey at 2:00pm, with refreshments and closing worship at the Abdie church at 3:45.

The Cupar and District Guild will have its rededication at the 11:00am worship service on 13 September, and will have their first meeting of the new year at 2:30pm on Wednesday 16 September, in the lounge in the Old Parish Centre. Jeff Martin will introduce the third annual theme in this series, Let Us Build a Church: Beyond the Walls. Everyone is welcome to take part in the Guild, which meets fortnightly from September through March. 

In addition to the local fellowship, the Guild supports the work of the wider Church through triennial initiatives, which currently include CrossReach, the Scottish Bible Society, Bear Necessities and Voices of Persecuted Christians. More information about these projects is available at the Church of Scotland website: Guild Projects
