Global Week of Prayer: 1-7 September

Posted on 29th Aug 2025

Global Week of Prayer is an international initiative to invite Christians around the world to gather in prayer for the well-being of all of God's creation. 'As we pray together, we seek to encounter God’s presence and carry his heart for transformation into our towns, cities, and nations.'

The quiet room will be open for gathered prayer from 9:00-11:00am on Tuesday 2 September, and from 2:00 to 4:00pm on Thursday 4 September. A facilitator will host each prayer time.

The Kingdom Praise Band will lead worship and prayer in the lounge from 7.30 to 9.00pm Friday 5 September.

The Sunday evening Prayer Team will meet in the quiet room from 5:30 to 6:30pm on Sunday 31 August and 7 September.

Everyone is welcome at any and all of these times to gather together in prayer.
