Eco Network Walk: 31 October

Posted on 24th Oct 2026

The local churches' Eco Network invites you to connect, enjoy our local environment, and explore creation care together.  The group will meet at the East Sands ‘Cheesy Toasty Snack Bar’ at 10:00am on Saturday 31 October for a walk along the coastal path to the Castle Course clubhouse for coffee and spectacular views, returning via flexible routes by around 12:30pm. Wear comfortable walking shoes and dress for the autumn weather.

All are welcome!

Community in Cupar: Volunteers Needed
Now that we have resumed following the summer break, we will need additional volunteers, especially in the kitchen and servery to prepare and serve the meals, and in the hall to engage with children and supervise their activities.  There are also other ways to support, including teaching English classes, helping to signpost various public services that are available, welcoming guests, and picking up the food donations on Friday night.

Everyone who serves needs to have a PVG or food safety certification through CiC, which will cover the cost.  Although the cafe meets weekly for most of the year, you may choose the frequency of service that suits your availability.  Please speak with Jean Martin [jeansmartin1968@gmail.com] if you're interested to help with food service, or Jeff Martin [jmartin@churchofscotland.org.uk] if you're interested to help with children or in another capacity.
