Community in Cupar: Volunteers Needed
The Community Cafe will meet this week and next, then have three weeks of summer holiday, resuming service on Saturday 22 August.  When we begin again, we will need additional volunteers, especially in the kitchen and servery to prepare and serve the meals, and in the hall to engage with children and supervise their activities.  There are also other ways to support, including teaching English classes, helping to signpost various public services that are available, welcoming guests, and picking up the food donations on Friday night.  Everyone who serves needs to have a PVG or food safety certification through CiC, which will cover the cost.  Although the cafe meets weekly for most of the year, you may choose the frequency of service that suits your availability.  Please speak with Jean Martin [jeansmartin1968@gmail.com] if you're interested to help with food service, or Jeff Martin [jmartin@churchofscotland.org.uk] if you're interested to help with children or in another capacity.
