Planning for Worship
Posted on 10th Jul 2020
Churches in Scotland may re-open, under strict conditions yet to be finalised, from 15th July. Our elders are implementing a plan to help us come together again for worship and other activities. Three teams are working to attend to the health and safety requirements, to reimagine the ways in which we worship, and to restart our Sunday Club for children.
Once Session members are confident that all necessary measures are in place, we will announce the date of our "reunion." We will also work to meet the worship and fellowship needs of those who will not be comfortable in public gatherings.
For many weeks we wondered how and when we would be permitted to gather again. Now things are beginning to take shape. Some of the details are a bit overwhelming, but it is good to feel that we are moving toward our goal.
