Renew Wellbeing Cafe

Posted on 23rd Oct 2025

A Renew Wellbeing Cafe is being held in Cupar Old Parish Centre on first and third Wednesday each month 10am - 12pm, the next one being Wednesday 5 November. As the name suggests, the aim us to enhance our wellbeing, an issue which affects us all.

This is a place where everyone is welcome to come and share with others, supporting one another by being together in a safe, friendly environment. The cafe offers three brief times of prayer, at the beginning, half way through, and at the end of each session. This prayer space is always open and always optional.

A variety of activities (crafts, games, etc) will be on hand. If you would like to bring a hobby to share with others or do by yourself, that would be great. Or, you may want to use this time and space for quiet reflection, or just to chat over a cuppa; whatever you choose.

This is a place where it's okay not to be okay. Just come as you are; it would be wonderful to see you.
