Welcome to Cupar Old Parish Church

We remember our prayer families: We remember our prayer families: Andrew Kirkwood, Georgina Kirkwood, Irene McKenzie, Jessie Munn, Raymond and Barbara Sullivan, Betty Johnston,  John and Janie Wright, Gavin and Jill Logan, Mary Gibson, William McLaughlin.

We ask God’s blessing on them and their loved ones.

Friday 20th October at 7 pm

Cluster Family Ceilidh in the Old Parish Centre at 7.00pm with Billy Anderson and friends. Stovies, cheese and biscuits. Tickets £10.00 under 16yrs free. Tickets from Jean Martin.  In aid of the Cupar Food Bank.

Saturday 4th November

Visit to Rosslyn Chapel, organised by Ceres, Kemback and Springfield Churches.  Bus leaves Ceres village car park at 9.30am (returning to Ceres about 4pm).  Max bus cost £10.  Contact Anne Hoggan 656992.

As from today 15th October the round pound coins cease to be legal tender and if you still have any in your possession after that date why not donate these to Cupar Old as we will still be able to bank them. To donate, simply put the coins into the open plate when you next attend church and ,if you are a taxpayer include these in your normal WFO envelope or use one of the Pew envelopes. My understanding is that banks will only accept minimum amounts in bags of £20 after that date from any one customer and they will accept coins up to 31st December 2017, so please let us have all your coins-however small in amount-so we can fill as many bags as possible.

Many Thanks                                                                                             David Stevenson
