Prayers 

Please pray for those you know who have recently lost their job, who are out of work or are seeking work.   

It’s been one year since a massive earthquake devastated Indonesia. The disaster killed over 4,000 people, and left tens of thousands more homeless please continue to pray for the recovery process.   

Life and Work Magazines are available to be uplifted from the Session House today.

Evening Worship will be held this evening in the Parish Centre at 6.30pm.

Gregory Lectures, Prof. Jeff Sloss will present the following lecture “Does Evolution Lead to Love” in the main Physics theatre on Monday 7th October at 5.15-6.16. Ample free parking nearby.

Parish Centre Carpark – the carpark will be closed for approx. two days from Tuesday 8th to allow maintenance work to be carried out. The Centre is comparably quiet during this period (school holidays) however safe pedestrian access will be available via the pedestrian gate and slabbed footpath leading to the Centre’s main door. Please keep to this footpath and do not venture onto carpark area. Thank you Property Committee.

Filling Station meets on Tuesday 8th at Letham Hall, KY15 7RS. Refreshments from 7.30pm onwards with worship beginning around 8pm. Our speaker is Karl Martin, until recently pastor of Central Church in Edinburgh. Everyone will be made very welcome.

Justice and Peace: The monthly meeting of Cupar Justice and Peace Group will be held in St Columba’s Hall at 7.00pm on Thursday 10th October. All welcome. For more information, contact Celia (656 611).

Minister on Holiday – the minister will be on holiday until Thursday 24th. Rev Jim Campbell (829 350) is available during that time for pastoral emergencies.
